Welcome to DATOS, the application of the Diocese of Tagum. By downloading, opening or using DATOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
You sign in with your Google or Apple account. Much of DATOS needs no account at all. Signing in lets you share prayers in the Prayer Hub, take part in parish and GKK groups, keep a Journey and companions in the Fellowship, send messages, join Live Chat and meetings, keep a member profile and send feedback. Operational features, such as parish records, surveys and disaster response, open only to people the diocese has given a role. Keep your Google or Apple account secure: anyone who can sign in to it can use DATOS as you. The Diocese of Tagum may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
Use DATOS for its pastoral and diocesan purposes. You may not:
The diocese, and a group’s admins within their own group, may remove anything posted that breaks these rules. Anyone signed in can report a prayer, a post, a sharing, a comment or a conversation, and can block another member; reports go to the diocese’s administrators.
Prayers, posts, comments, reactions, photos and videos you share in the Prayer Hub or in a parish or GKK group can be seen by other people signed in to DATOS, and Live Chat messages by the others in the same session. What you share on your Journey is seen by the people you choose each time — everyone signed in to DATOS, or your companions only — and you choose who may open your Journey itself. Messages are seen by the people in the conversation; if someone in it reports the conversation, the diocese’s Super Administrators can read it to act on the report. You may upload one video a day, of ten minutes at most; DATOS keeps a smaller copy of it. You remain responsible for what you share, and you allow the diocese to show it in DATOS for as long as you keep it there. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected and who can see it.
Disaster alerts in DATOS are posted by diocesan responders to coordinate relief across parishes and GKKs. DATOS is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact your local authorities or call the national emergency hotline, 911.
Online donations are voluntary and are processed by PayMongo under its own terms. DATOS never receives your card or e-wallet details. For any question about a donation, contact us at the address below.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account Management > Delete Account. The account and your personal data are erased at once. You may also email datosproject2025@gmail.com from the address of your account, and we will delete it within 14 days of verifying the request.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continuing to use DATOS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
